SESSION AGREEMENT

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Session fees are a retainer for your session date/time and are non-refundable. They are, however, transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 5 minutes early to keep our session on track. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Perception Signature Photography. Images may be used in marketing such as on this website, social media, newspapers, etc. Print releases are included when certain digital files are purchased.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions without prior permission from Perception Signature Photography.
